I can't see it being the senators themselves - they would order someone on their staffs to leak it.
A lie detector can find out if they put their staff up to it, if so they are guilty also.
Babbin is very cautious...he said flat out , as I wrote..they know it is Rockefeller...
Doing so would allow a staff member to blackmail him. If he is the leaker, I'd bet he'd keep it from his staff.
I don't agree .. Rockerfeller did admit it was he that wrote the intel memo which Miranda found on the computer and exposed. So .. if Rocky wrote that memo .. he is more than capable of leaking the classified info.
If a Senator instructed a member of his or her staff to leak classified information the Senator is the leaker!
Remember that Rockefeller is the one that went to Syria, Iraq and Iran and told them that we were going to invade Iraq, giving Saddam the opportunity to hide/move the WMDs before the war started.
I have no trouble believing he is the leaker again.
