Even though I'm a Cowboy fan the officiating bothered me so much I had to turn it off.
It does give the appearance the game is not on the up and up. I'm in Oklahoma with no dog in the fight... but calling a cut block on a quarterback making the tackle after an interception is unexcusable. I mean that is beyond bad.
I'm a Hawks fan, so I am not unbiased.
But I completely agree. It is very, very odd. I can't quite put my finger on it. As much as anything, it's the complete lopsidedness of the entire thing.
I have always been a proponent of a full time, professional refereeing squad...just like Major League Baseball has.

I'm serious. This game just sucks. I can understand one bad call, but this is unreal.
I have NEVER been a guy who pulled out the NFL is fixed comment. But this is the most ridiculous screwjob by the Referees I have ever seen. FOUR obvious blown calls on one DRIVE? After the Pitt INdy game, now this.......the NFL is WWE.

I think some of the Dallas Vs Pittsburgh games were equally bad, but for non-calls, not bad calls.

With the possible exception of the 3 or so Steelers fans who aren't willing to admit the truth and are attempting to deflect the truth by calling anyone who states the facts a whiner...but I believe even they realize it but don't want to admit their team has been outplayed.

Well it is being held in Detroit which has one of the nation's largest Muslim populations - maybe they thought it would offend. *&%#% And it is ABC after all.
