Glad to hear things are looking up for your brother, and sorry about the ups and downs. My son's situation is the same as your brother's...ups and downs but we're cautiously optimistic about the outcome. Should be settled hopefully by the end of March. My DIL has been dragging things out, but it is beginning to look like she has begun to annoy the "powers that be" in the court and Child Protective services. As I said...cautiously optimistic. My son is now going through the same thing. His wife turned him in to CPS and after interviewing the children told my son that it looked like he was being set up. My DIL won't let him see the kids but the school after hours program called and told the DIL that she owed them money and she told them to get money from my son. He's not going to pay it unless his lawyer tells him to tomorrow.
