I have replied sarcastically dozens of times to all sorts of wildly diverse situations when it was totally unrelated to GWB that "It's Bush's fault."

This time, it's for real. This situation on the mexican "border" will go down as GWB's legacy. It is truly, BUSH'S FAULT!
