The federal government is in violation of the Constitution in this case. If they want the property the Constitution says they have to buy it. But the left-wing fascist anti-American left wing environmentalists have taken over the government and the people have no more say or power in our government. Just like the ESA which takes private property for public use and does not provide for compensation to the property owner.
