Hey we don't have any snow right now in Texas! We demand equal rights! Just because we don't get as much snow as the rest of the country doesn't mean we don't deserve a $2000 debit card too. You must not care for the people who live in the 'snow-challenged' areas of the world. We supported the President during the formative years of his political career and now only the 'snow-blessed' receive his favors. Woe is me! ... ; )
