Yep - you could buy a good used car for what a "cheap" Perazzi will cost you. I think Cheney's gun goes for around ten grand or so. More than I'll ever spend on a gun that I'd hump around in the woods.

I hope Glen Beck doesn't do the same thing when he gets on CNN.

I'm sure he will be once he gets settled in.

O'Donnell is a disgrace. He was on Scarborough country tonight. I had to turn it off.

If you recall, while Joe Scarborough was off with his back problem....O'Donnell absolutely melted down during the Presidential campaign...alleging that Bush lied, etc, etc. He has zero credibility....and I'm going to write to Joe Scarborough and let him know I had to turn the show off because of his appearance.

Larry O'Donnell is a classic sufferer of "Little Man Syndrome" as are the majority of members of the RAT Party and not lacking in good reason for this.

Thanks for that update...I don't watch CNN...and the ONLY reason I watch Hairball...is to find out what the enemy is thinking...and Chrissy and his gang don't even pretend to like Bush and Cheney...

Here's Texas Parks and Wildlife's marching orders for 43.652... Maybe the citing officer was grabbing at straws, or wrote a violation (numerical description) in error, or my search of the WWW turned up the wrong department's sec. 43.652?

Sec. 43.652. NOTICE; VERIFICATION. (a) Not later than the
third day before the first date a landowner or a landowner's agent
or lessee intends to hunt depredating deer under this subchapter,
the landowner, agent, or lessee must notify in writing the game
warden or other department employee assigned to the area in which
the landowner's property is located of the landowner's, agent's, or
lessee's intent.

(b) Not later than the next business day after the date of
notification, the game warden or other department employee shall
contact the office of the Texas Cooperative Extension serving the
area in which the landowner's property is located to verify that the
landowner's property is typically used to plant a crop that is
susceptible to damage caused by depredating deer.

(c) Not later than the second business day after the game
warden or other department employee contacts the Texas Cooperative
Extension under Subsection (b), the game warden or employee shall
notify the landowner, agent, or lessee if the landowner, agent, or
lessee is prohibited from hunting deer under this subchapter. The
game warden or other department employee may prohibit a landowner,
agent, or lessee from hunting deer under this subchapter only if the
Texas Cooperative Extension office contacted under Subsection (b)
notifies the game warden or other department employee that the
landowner's property is not typically used to plant a crop that is
susceptible to damage caused by depredating deer.

Evidently he didn't watch the Alito hearings.

The whole "it's not the nature of the evidence. it's the seriousness of the charge" thing doesn't cut it anymore. In fact, it turns people OFF.

Scarborough is being very irresponsible when he has some totally irrational jerk shouting with the title political analyst underneath as I think O'Donnell was labeled during the campaign. O'Donnell's only saving grace is that he is the fist for the Dems and Hollywood elites. I bet he is wildly popular at celebrity parties where he probably gets slapped on the back by Directors, actors, and dem politicians for tearing apart this administration on TV. Remember O'Donnell is married to an actress.

No, he alleged the Swift Boat Vets were liars, and kept yelping "LIAR! LIAR! LIAR! LIAR!" over and over again in an attempt to drown out John O'Neill when a question was posed to him.

Interesting that no one has suggested that Whittington was drinking.

Not to be crass, but Mr. Shittington is 78 years old. He may not have had good eyesight, arthritis, mild dementia or other physical limitations that come with aging.

When I first heard the news on the MSM I thought the "victim" was at the most in his 50's.

It's so Clinton-esque it gives me the creeps.

Alcohol, tobacco and firearms - you bring the chips!~

Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms should be the name of a convenience store, not a government agency.

Attention: Lawrence O'Donnell and the rest of the LUNATICS!

While the state Parks and Wildlife Department issued Cheney a warning for not possessing a required stamp on his hunting license, the sheriff's department said there was "no alcohol or misconduct involved in the incident."

There is NO need to veer off into wild-eyed speculation. I don't give a rip if your crass or not. Even if you have to spell his name wrong to prove a point.
