Someone needs to tell her that, even without the shirt, everyone DOES know.

"Nobody knows I'm a lesbian"
Seems pretty mild to me. Not obscene. Not really provocative.
Not sure you can compare the two.

One wonders why she didn't simply follow orders and take it off as instructed...

Statements, as on tee shirts, are not all equal. Values neutral is a figment of the imagination. Promoting homosexuality doesn't belong in schools.

I'm waiting for the FReepers who defend kids' rights to wear Confederate flag and pro-life t-shirts to show up and defend this girl.I'm no fan of Confederate flag clothing, and I don't defend it. But the t-shirt in this story seems pretty mild.
To: Zeroisanumber
I don't care what she wears. As long as it doesn't incite a riot.

Wow, you waited a whole three minutes before *crickets* huh?
If she isn't violating the dress code, she has every right to wear the T-shirt. If she is violating the dress code she needs to not wear it. Real radical of me, huh? I guess I just want consistancy regardless of the political message. I guess I'm just a conservative.

Best pick up line I ever heard was; " I find you very attractive because I'm a woman trapped in a man's body." Worked for the guy like a two dollar mule.

Looking at her picture I'm sure only she herself thought that nobody knew she was a lesbian.
Interesting she didn't want her last name published.

A fifteen year old goes to her mother and says "I'm a lesbian and the mother says "I'm so glad". Hopefully that family tree will stop here.

A fifteen year old goes to her mother and says "I'm a lesbian and the mother says "I'm so glad". Something wierd there. Lesbianism as some kind of way for a homely woman to be proud of herself. Sour grapes as some kind of pseudo-therapeutic identity concept. Not healthy.
