It's amazing that it took 561 posts before the dealiest element of this ultimate crime in the making was introduced into this thread. Islam has (or actually "is") the "motive," nuclear weapons are the "means"...what's missing is "opportunity." But, as they say, an enterprising man creates his own "opportunity."
