Sounds like you have a good point. And alot of undesirables over there have allot of cash, and allot of cash has been pulled out of the US by Iran, if I recall correctly.......

Yes... Iran pulled most all of their cash out of the US and EU just a month or so ago? That would be terrible. I don't even know if that's feasible... that Dubai could sell them to someone else, but it sure makes me uncomfortable thinking about Philly, for example, owned by Iran or Osama.
