This same idea was floated around in 2004 as a Kerry-Bill Clinton ticket. The authors who write these stories are obviously too stupid to realize that Bill Clinton is not eligible to be Vice President.

The writer is clueless. Billy Boy could not run as VP, however, if Hillary is prez and whacks her VP after two years, I don't think there is a constitutional bar against the rapist being named VP.

I believe the sec-gen of the UN must come from a country which is not a member of the security council. Thus we get third rate 'leaders' from fourth rate countries, like the fool that is sec gen now.

The last line of amendment XII makes it pretty clear that no one who does not qualify to be president can be Vice President. It says:
