Never said you did. IEDs are essentially a sniper with a bomb.
There are campaigns for "gun safety". Why aren't there campaigns against "snipers"?

One of my very favorite snippets from all of te Chronicles of Narnia occurs near the end of "The Last Battle," where, during the allegorical equivalent of rapture, Aslan asserts that he is the source of all that is good, so that any good act is done in his name, and likewise, Tash, the source of all evil is served by any evil, regardless of in whose name it is done....
