We had a terrific time, weather was like you'd picture in a dream. We ate and shopped till we dropped (at least the ladies did. Never fear, the guys went along, too).
We missed Bob from NJ and Mrs. Bob very much. They've been on previous FReeps Ahoys. Praying for your dear one, Bob and Eileen. Please let us know how her health is progressing. This was a tough break. We hope all goes well.
We took gobs of photos including the mandatory "everyone-line-up-on-the-staircase" one. It's going to take time for our cruisers to get home, get unpacked, get food in the house, open a week's worth of mail, etc. etc.......so be patient till our official photographers, Graybeard 58 and Bizzy Bugz get organized. Many in our group are not home yet as I type. One freeper has a 4-5 day drive ahead of him.
However, patience is golden. The photos will be worth the wait and lots of fun.
Thanks to everyone for all your good wishes and "bon voyages" on this thread. They all came true and we had a bonny voyage, indeed.
I'll be back on this thread whenever I'm back in full operational mode again.....so save my place.

We are in a motel in Macon, Georgia in route to Memphis, Tennessee, then Joy and I will part company for a while, she's going back to Oklahoma City and I am going home to rest awhile.
Rice Bug will email me some pics and I will post some and mail copies of the group to individual group members.
Tomorrow we will be passing around Birmingham, Alabama and will give a wave towards Bizzy Bugz and LaVerne.
Joy says hello to all, she's sorting gifts out on the bed and every other surface available. We have 4 children and their spouces, 12 grand children and a great grand child, my Mother, 3 sisters, Joy's sister and assorted friends and she bought gifts for all of them. If she keeps up this pace, I might have to (Heaven forbid!) get a job. I am open to a position that requires minimal effort on my part and pays well!
