Pleasantly surprised by Jon. He is the information guru for people 16-29. Highly influential. So it was refreshing that he "did the right thing" (as Spike Lee would urge) and acted like a grown up. Good for him. Let Hollywood pound salt for that and over the fact that best picture (Crash) was allowed to win.
As far as I'm concerned, they can stop broadcasting the show. The industry love for each other gets overbearing after about five minutes. I don't care about 99 and 2/3rd percent of them. It's just one long garish pig-wallow from my perspective. These people couldn't be more irrelevent.
