Roberts wrote the decision, and my guess it was 8-0. I understand it was unanimous. Roberts is such a mental giant compared to the others that anyone willing to dissent would have to publish an opinion that convincingly rebutted his - a tough job for the best of them, and I think that Ginsberg is not up to it. Watch for more 8-0 decisions on major issues in the upcoming future.
