I just heard Warner's reading. DP World seems to predicate the deal on getting as much out of the sale as they put in for the U.S. assets.

So the question is, can we find a U.S. company who will pay full market value for these assets. And will the slap-dash republicans be willing to take that chance?

Uh-oh. You mean an American company will now have to pony up the amount that DPW wants in order to buy the terminals leases??

Gee, wonder if congress thought that far down the line.....(rolling eyes)

Maybe the congresscritters can dig down in their pockets and become investors of said American company to help them muster the required capital.....oh yeah, never mind.

After they get out of this part of the deal, how long till they reevaluate their other investments and quietly start selling them off?
