No, this is the Snowe/Wyden amendment giving the HHS the right to negotiate drug prices. I am hoping it does not pass. It's looking close.
I have to tell you...it is getting to where whenever I see/hear Collins and Snowe's names....I cringe the same way I do with the dems...

BTW...I heard on Rush today it is probable that the tax cuts WILL NOT be made permanent because of the RINOS in the Senate???
