If two of these guys win in NOV - Swann, Steele or Blackwell - the Democrat Party will explode.
Well all he has to do then is go to a prominent church in DC and apologize.
If he is in fact a shop lifter it is not the NY times fault that he is a shop lifter.
If he is in fact falsely accused of being a shop lifter it is not the NY times fault that the is a shop lifter either. But your question seems to exclude this possibility--why?
Nope, conservative Christian and white is the lowest form of human life.
The question to ask, is why does Ann feel it necessary to mention the NY Times at all? How is it relevant to whether he committed a crime? Is it somehow an excuse that he wasn't mentionned in the NY Times before now? Or should the NY Times have not mentionned his arrest?
The NY Times is hardly as obscure to the public as the person they were writing about. Do you think there are lots of folks out there that have never heard of the NY Times until they read this negative critique of it?
But perhaps you are right. It is oh so obvious that Ann should check with us before she dares write about the NY Times yet again ;-).
The question I asked--which alas is not "the question" as you put it--is one you can answer rather then Ann. I know very little of the shop lifting case. I was wondering if you knew something that made it reasonably certain that the man was guilty. If not I was wondering why you presume he is guilty.
