Your answer here says that economics trumps law. If you cannot see that very simple fact then I guess you didn't learn what a supposed law school was teaching, or maybe the school you went to needs a bit of an update.

I do not dispute that many illegals seek a better life. I will offer you this tidbit though. I as an american seek a better life also, along with every American that lives here. It is not my, nor my country's, responsibility to provide for every person in every other nation that sees we have it better here than they do in their own countries.

Did they teach you in law school that one form of bad behavior absolves any other form of bad behavior? Suree sems like that is the point you bring to the table.

I don't bother with the Admins, since I know I level personal attacks anyways. As for law and economics, perhaps it is hard for the layman to say which one drives which at times. As for all the other bad behaviors (at least I admit illegal immigration is a "bad" behavior ; ) it's called priorities - our federal deficit should not be so large, according to SOME conservatives . . .

Did you ever watch McEnroe playing tennis? He chose precisely when to go off on a tirade to the chair umpire. I was asking if you really wanted a ruling, even though I don't go on such tirades. Is that easier to understand now?
