Or in other words: convince yourself that A is true and you will see that A is true.
Well, thanks, but I guess I will keep seeing first and believing second (if whatever I just saw is compelling).
There is plenty of evidence if a person has not been brainwashed. Academia is repulsed by the practiced humility of worshiping God.
If you are comfortable discounting the discernment of 90% of the Founding Fathers, feel free. The reason Faith is so foreign to you is because discussions regarding these scriptural concepts has been supernaturally removed from the marketplace of ideas. In Europe, to mention Jesus Christ is the epitome of ignorance. The same holds true in any public academic environment that is not geared toward criticizing Christianity.
You need to be more concerned with those that refuse to consider principles that have been the basis for the freedoms we enjoy. Make no mistake that real freedom is not the ability to do whatever one wants, but is founded on personal responsibility. Through high personal standards there is no need to monitor one another. If you have children or have managed people you will recognize this truth.
Knowing that God desires personal integrity and has the capacity to monitor His Creation, coupled with the fact that He rewards those who set aside their self-centeredness for the benefit of others, alters the framework of any endeavor. It also creates a wide gulf between us and the animal kingdom, which chaps the hide of worshipers of naturalism worldwide.
