A good friend of mine was a hooligan and and Air Force guy in Germany. He said when the MP's showed up they knew they could all walk away in a group without a bother. When the Polizi showed up get the hell out of there! he also mentioned that for a DWI stop there was no refusing the breathalyzer. They checked blood and you could give it or they could take it. Whichever you choose.
