Most of Mexico's wealth is in the hand of a few wealthy families, who have been ruling since the 16th century. They are like the de-facto royal family of Mexico.

Exactly...Mexico has been ruled by the same 20 or so families for the last few hundred years. They control everything! Especially the banks...that we keep bailing out.

These families want to horde all their wealth. They want to use America as a pressure valves. Mexico's GNP is the highest in Latin America, yet half of them live in poverty. Go figure.
