Why don't we start adopting the same tactics? Obviously the status quo isn't working, at least not as planned. Why not pull some urban warfare tricks of our own? Why aren't we planting a 1000 lb bomb under the street and waiting for Mohammed Al Kilu to drive by? Why not start our own alternative to Al Jazerra, and show the Ka-Boom of our own IEDs on it? Why not engage in more 'sucker punch' tricks like the one above?

If we did, the MSM and Dem senators would immediately denounce the military for their "underhanded tactics that violate the rules of war", and demand hearings, and the Alec Baldwins and Sean Penns would be on TV ranting about the evil Bush and Rumsfield being the cause of the americans declining stature in the world, and all and sundry assorted leftists would be accusing our guys of terrorist acts against the iraqi civilians. Remember, "Our military going into houses and terrifying women and children"?

Add to that, the horrible war crime of "answering someone else's phone".

The haji who beat feet out that house without taking his cell phone with him set his buddies up for a very slick ambush. Cell phones and pagers can be a treasure trove of intel.
