I'm sure the media will refuse to apologize, because of the truthiness of the matter.
the prosecutor probably leaked to the media and gave them the talking points to use

As much as he has done for both Bushes, one of them should pardon him of any and all ALLEGED wrongdoing. Jeb, if he had any stones at all, could call this investigation off right away.

Sounds like they were wishing it to be true so much that they believed it must have happened just because they wanted it to.

Dittos, Rush is a great guy, and I thank god for him!
To: yarddog
Yes, I'm sure they have been giddy. But, once again, they are the fools and Rush will have an even larger audience come Monday.

"As part of this agreement, Mr. Limbaugh also has agreed to make a $30,000 payment to the State of Florida to defray the public cost of the investigation. Leftists are such hypocrites. They'd be screaming bloody murder if a DemocRAT were required to reimburse any level of government for to cost of an investigation. This is just an incentive for prosecutors to harass innocent people with the threat of financial ruin. Sure $30,000 is pocket change for Rush, but most people couldn't afford it. I think the money ought to come out of the local city budget.
To: Lurker
Accurately fake...truly false.
