Inland Valley Daily Bulletin Inaccurate
(05/09/2006)Statement Todays report by the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin, U.S. tipping Mexico to Minuteman patrols, is inaccurate. Border Patrol does not report activity by civilian, non-law enforcement groups to the Government of Mexico. During a detention of a legal or illegal immigrant that produces an allegation of improper treatment, Border Patrol reports the allegation and allows the appropriate consulate to interview the individual in custody.
This is consistent with the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations of 1963 that provides consular access to foreign nationals being detained by a foreign government. This is the same agreement that protects United States citizens when they travel to foreign countries.
U.S. Customs and Border Protections Border Patrol continues to appreciate the efforts of civilians who contact law enforcement authorities regarding suspicious activity.
CNN propaganda.
Look at the freeping transcript.
You are right. I just have trouble believing the govt on this issue.
:)
Then you must have a hard time staying on topic, hon.
Good, now that your done with that squabble, maybe you can respond to my post #537.
A reporter from the Inland Daily Bulletin did, yesterday. The forums went overboard-because if the report is correct the USG is spying on the Minutemen and providing intel to the MX govt on location and activities.
I just posted what I found out from TV at dinnertime tonite; BP saying report is false..
Lots of charges/countercharges don't think this will be settled soon. Maybe tomorrow if there are more news reports from the reporter and the BP.
Good Night Slick
LOL!
I have no idea why he typed in bold, huge font. I came back to this thread after taking a damned breather from the nastiness. Mistake on my part.
Does anybody realize the seriousness of this report if what the newspaper reporter said was true -- and I believe her. Also, how were the Minutemen being spied on within the U.S? Warrantless wiretaps circumventing the FISA court? Makes one wonder. Collusion with the corrupt government of Mexico in order to help illegal aliens cross illegally into our country and to make the Minutemen seem ineffective will not look good for "open borders" Bush with the majority of Americans. All I needed to know from the past in order to believe this news reporter's story now, and not the Bush spin machine, was remembering back how Bush called the Minutemen "vigilantes" when he was in the presence of Mexico's Presidente Fox.
I just don't think name calling is constructive. How does calling someone a troll (unless it's obvious they are) or unAmerican further the discussion?
.. can't wait to read the response to your question
Good gosh this is frustrating, Next we will have to descifer from Michael Moore's blog
The sun would rise in the west, Baghdad would be hit with week long blizzards and pat buchanan would be elected President.
This has nothing to do with that. Is your phone tapped?
He was trying to sow dissension among conservatives on a conservative forum.
This place is crawling with guys JUST like him.........all with the same goal. Divide and conquer. Rip the right apart, and make way for the victory of the left.
That's why my prayer upthread, sage. A victory of the left is a victory for evil over good. That's the goal here.
Yes I did Watson and I also stated in this thread that I support his foreign policy. I support the war in Iraq and Afghanistan. I support his tax cuts and all of his other conservative decisions. Hey genius, I just made a positive post about the president and it's right in front of your face. Now here's the part where you reply "Nuh uh you're lying again. Yeah you 'said' something positive but I don't believe you! I'm not listening nyah nyah nyah!"
