.....not to mention: workers who actually speak English (and no, I'm not just talking about Hispanic workers......ahem) and have something other than a "get it over with" attitude, AND....how about my reason for not visiting our local McD's right up the street any longer? Answer: They totally blew our orders the last THREE times we went, only to discover the errors after we got home. Screw that.
