Well, "the greatest" is definitely pushing it! The Vitter amendment would've stripped the guest worker amnesty provisions from the bill. It's been rejected, but the roll call isn't online yet.
I could be wrong .. but I'm not sure the Vitter amendment was voted on yet .. Specter is talking about it now
