Club For Growth. It talks about the strategy, Cranston's somewhat weak record (it is Rhode Island after all), the minimal dangers in trying to defeat Chafee, the possibility that Chafee will go independent for the general election, the weakness of the two Dims vying for their primary in September.
I'm very satisfied with my 2007 congressman, elected with 60% of his funds from the Club.
Thanks for the info. I'll take a look. I am fascinated by the local aspects of most of these people.
As far as WA, I think we have a reasonably good chance of sending a newbie to DC this fall. But I want to gain seats in the end, not just come out even. I think that is our best chance.
