I had assumed that this was a discussion of POLITICIANS; not voters. If you had differentiated between the two, on this thread, I did not see it. The post to which I replied, was not worded in such a way, that I took your statements to refer to non-politicians.

I can see from the wording that what you say is correct.
In the last statement of that post I did mean both individuals and local politicians, not so much state and national.

There may be a very few out there on the state and national level but I'm not conversant enough with any but my own state to be able to tell you. And I can't think of any Dems from my state on those levels that I could point to.
