I don't get this statement...maybe they should work more? I am just going to put this up as a weird statement that I don't understand.
I know, I was laughing at that myself. With <5% unemployment. Who's working less? I wonder if Dodd voted for the 1990 (?) "Luxury Tax Bill." That certainly made people (shipbuilders) in his state work less and pay more, ha ha ha.
