BTW, I could hardly believe that Nagin---the most INCOMPETENT mayor I can ever recall---could have been in a RUNOFF, much less WIN again.
If the people of New Orleans can reelect such a COMPLETELY BUMBLING IDIOT in regards to evacuation when given several days notice that such a HUGE storm was coming, they DESERVE who they reelected and the INCOMPETENCE that goes with him! The rest of the country should NOT have to pay ANYTHING else to rehab New Orleans, a city BELOW SEA LEVEL!!!
