Wrong again. But we DO have every right to try to PREASSURE any organization to LISTEN to their customers, now DON'T we???

Sure, if you want to take a page from the lefties.

Or are you one of those who imagine that if you turn away from something it will just go away?

No, I'm one of those who believe in free enterprise and competition. #1 - Don't like Google, don't use it - but have fun because all of the other search engines are liberal and uses Google's database. #2 - Create your own search engine.

No, you believe in utter unaccountability of the corporation. Tell me, oh smarter than everyone else... if you supposedly believe in the "marketplace", how do you imagine that your vaunted "marketplace" will know how to serve their customer if they never get feedback?? Do you imagine a service that is looking to satisfy their customers would like to just sit around until, all of a sudden, all their customers merely disappear? Don't you imagine in that dim little brain of yours that this company MIGHT want to see how their customers FEEL about their company here and there??? I am as much a capitalist as the next guy, but a company simply MUST know what it is their customer WANTS if they wish to continue serving them well. And, if they IGNORE customer complaints, they DESERVE to lose market share! THAT is how capitalism works, pal. Not running around ignoring what a customer wants like YOU seem to imagine it should be. It's obvious you know NOTHING of business and customers. Further more, a society WORKS this way, as well. A society has EVERY right to complain if a company is breaching community standards. Or do you have no desire, like a true utopian libertarian might, to have any such thing as community standards and therefore wish to have chaos??

Pressuring an organization by showing the displeasure of the customer base is as free market as you can get. Back to Econ 101 for you.
