This is typical, people like this didn't want to work before the storm and sure don't want to after it; not as long as they got their "check hookup" anyhow.

I'm thankful to the govt and all the communities that have helped out us refugees when we needed it. But after a certain period of time, personal responsibility needs to kick in and you have to think about feeding, clothing and housing yourself.

Then again, there are those people that are happy living in a drug and crime infested cesspool as long as the government picked up the tab for their lives.

He says he’ll use the money to get a room for a few nights and have some fun before flying back to his little house in New Orleans’ Third Ward.
