I live in Upstate NY where Stock Lumber has "invaded" and brought "universal construction" with them from Mississippi or Alabama to do framing - working with illegals at 60% of the going local trade rate

Look like the union could sue this company under RICO from what I've read here. The company is engaged in a conspiracy which has caused economic harm to the self employed contractors.
