...New Jersey Assemblywomen Joan Quigley and Linda Stender say they want New Jersey retailers to "ban the sale of [Coulter's] book throughout the state." That's an illegal restraint of trade and 1st Amendment Law suit in the making; IMHO.

Do you think that all video or book store proprietors should be required to carry pornography to avoid infringing upon the freedom of speech of pornographers and to prevent illegal restraint of trade?
