THERE ARE SOME THINGS DIPLOMATS simply don't do. Last week, Mark Malloch Brown, deputy secretary-general of the United Nations, did one of them, pointedly criticizing the United States, the Bush administration and, FOR GOOD MEASURE, Rush Limbaugh and Fox News. Malloch Brown's taste in punditry aside, his concerns about the U.S. are WELL FOUNDED.

Name on single time in the last 40 years that the UN has done something that worked the way they planned it to. They have totally failed in every Peace Keeping situation. They have repeatedly demonstrated their corruption in scam after scam. They routinely appoint the fox to stand guard inside the hen house.
The United Nations needs to be a footnote in history right along with the League of Nations.
They are worthless arrogant idiots who believe that they will eventually run the world. They are currently after our firearms rights via an international treaty.
We should give them an eviction notice and withdraw our membership funds!!!

well we think that people on the left coast are idiots and wimps, so I guess it evens out.

"Congress is poised to cut off U.S. funding for the U.N., a move that would paralyze its peacekeeping, humanitarian and diplomatic activities."
God, please let it happen. Then boot their sorry socialist asses OUT OF THE US of A!

Well, there was Boutros Boutros-Ghali. You got a repeat name in there, not to be confused with Major Major Major Major, though.
And ole' Boutros, and staff, was still cut from the same corrupt cloth as the past, present, and [hopefully limited] future "adminstrators".

What does O'Reilly have to do with this? BOR invited Malloch Brown on to explain his comments about [Rush Limbaugh,] FNC, and middle America.
It was declined, and BOR had some UN reporter on, expressing surprise that Malloch Brown declined to appear.

Sadly, the UN Charter was signed at the Fairmont. That's why there are all those flags in front of the hotel. There is a UN Charter room there but I haven't seen it.

I LOVE what this says about the U.N.: They are criticized for being elitist, anti-democratic and corrupt. Their response? To abuse office by accusing the "ignorant" masses of being too stupid to know what's good for them! Perfect case in point, guys...

One explaination why the U.N. is so screwed up is that it was Created in the city of SinFreakSicko. Another is that it was largely the work and vision of Communist spy Alger Hiss. Now THERE'S an "Inconvenient Truth" someone should make a movie about.

Woah! Re-read my post. The UN sucks and blows at the same time. I was referring to Interpol, the international criminal info sharing agency.
