Two weeks prior to 9/11, Saddam put his troops on their highest state of alert since the Gulf War and put his two wives together into the same bunker. Saddam had never put those women together before because they detested each other. Then Saddam went into a secure bunker and didn't emerge until 10/01. I'm finding myself glad that Saddam's alive at the moment. Which is unusual.
Now if only we could get him off in a dark room with a pair of pliers and maybe...oh, I don't know, a chainsaw or woodchipper and start asking some questions.
