Move two or three nominees? How about ramming through the whole bunch right now? By next year, the usual pre election shut down on judicial appointments will mean no more Rep. nominated judges will get in. So, do it now!

Why do we not just tell the ABA to get lost?? Allowing them put their nose into every judicial appointment fight just cements in most peoples minds that they actually are a required part of the process rather than the special interest group that they are.
