"I always thot James Kalstrum(?) , the lead FBI investigator , was an honest person. Hard to resolve

I used to think so too, but not anymore. He was definitely ordered to sell the ridiculous fuel tank explosion theory. Who knows though, since the Clintons were in charge and anyone who has ever crossed them takes dirt naps, maybe he had no choice."

I believe there is substantial validity to what you guys are saying.

I remember distinctly, in the immediate aftermath of the crash that Kallstrom was adamant, to the point of being righteously PO'ed that this was an act of terror. Then after a few weeks like a dimmer switch, he backed off that stridency considerably and later became an advocate for the center tank explosion theory.

Quite disgusting actually, if this is indeed how the thing went down.

Thanks for driving me down that memory lane. My earlier comment about Clinton dirt naps was serious. I'm sure Kalstrom didn't have much of a choice but to follow orders to make up that unbelievable fuel tank explosion story.

I, too, remember that quite well. He was confident, almost cocky, that they were soon to capture the perps. Then later it was like he had been doused with cold water. He was very subdued in tone and appearance. It was almost as if he were a different person.

The Kennedy assasination, Oklahoma City, and Flight 800 have a lot in common.
