It looks like to me that it would be relativity easy to catch the government workers that are feeding the media out top secrets.

Just put a few false rumors out and see where they emerge from.

A short trial and then a public hanging.

I always wanted to do that; when I was waitressing and the gossip would float around I wanted to tell the one I figured was spreading rumors a "secret" about myself to found out how many people would end up knowing about it. Unfortunately, I was afraid that any "secret" I would tell about myself would be thought to be true, so I never did it. Sigh.

It would seem so... but one only has to look at the Wilson/Plame/Cooper affair to see how it's not.

I just learned the other day that all EX-Presidents as a courtesy are allowed at the National Security Briefings. That being the case I think we can pretty well guess who the leakers are. Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton.
