Only on the first pass, once in orbit, which it apparently is now, it will pass from Pole to pole about every 45 minutes, or 90 minutes for a full orbit. I doubt the payload will be ready to .. well do whatever it does, for a few orbits at least. The first orbit will also take it very nearly over the launch site, somewhat to the west of it actually as the earth turns under the orbit. On subsequent passes the ground track moves west, again as the earth turns under the satellite.
