HOLD EXTENDED. Launch is being rescheduled for 0633 GMT (8:33 p.m. local; 11:33 p.m. EDT) to wait for the winds to decrease. That is the end of today's available launch window, meaning if the Delta 4 doesn't fly then it must wait until tomorrow night.
What is the payload? (I know - read the thread)
NASA channel is showing Cosmonauts docking with the ISS.

I'm high up in the Sierra Mountains and we've got a clear view to the south-west of the Central Valley about 5 minutes from my house. I think I'll drive over and hope it goes up. Do the winds usually die down in the evening there?
I vote for tomorrow....I've got some clouds that are gonna interfere/...
