When Will NYT Reveal One of al Qaeda's Secret Programs?
Human Events Online ^ | 6/28/06 | Ann Coulter

The federal statute on treason, 18 USC 2381, provides in relevant part: "Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States ... adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000."

Thanks to the New York Times, the easiest job in the world right now is: "Head of Counterintelligence -- al Qaeda." You just have to read the New York Times over morning coffee, and you're done by 10 a.m.

The greatest threat to the war on terrorism isn't the Islamic insurgency -- our military can handle the savages. It's traitorous liberals trying to lose the war at home. And the greatest threat at home isn't traitorous liberals -- it's patriotic Americans, also known as "Republicans," tut-tutting the quaint idea that we should take treason seriously.

Go, Ann - let's hang the bastards.

They won't even get prosecuted, alas..... and that $10,000 fine is at least many decades out of date - if we don't get to execute some of the bastards you'd think that the fine should be an awful lot more than $10K nowadays.

Maybe all legislation with fines specified should be indexed to inflation.

Isn't it our right to know the terrorist's plans to kills us? Or is it just the NYT's contention that our only right is to have programs that protect us announced to the very people who want to kill us?

The greatest threat at home is the liberal press.

The dems would be laughed at as the fools they are, exposed as the idiots and traitors they are, and despised for the liars and cheats they are if the press didn't protect them.

When Will NYT Reveal One of al Qaeda's Secret Program's?

Oh, we won't be doing that. Unlike the United States Government, those al Qaeda people will kill you for telling their secrets. Everyone knows that.

Ann Coulter has to be the biggest liberal nightmare ever. Blonde, leggy and smarter than all of their pinhead elites and completely willing to point that fact out to the public. I'd love to see her and F. Lee Levin take on Carville & Begala or Franken & Meathead, etc, etc

Who needs Tokyo Rose when we have the NY Times and its pals?

I don't think Tokyo Rose or Axis Sally ever had a chance to betray any vital info, they were merely propagandists (the NY Times does both roles so much better).

I was wondering how much it would cost for some of us to take out an ad in the NYT. We could print a message to Osama! Hey, if I were him, I'd read it to.

Since I'm not, I don't.

They are at war. The NY Slimes are fighting the war against the war on terror.

When Will NYT Reveal One of al Qaeda's Secret Programs?

The New York Times was afraid to publish the cartoons. They would NEVER publish anything that would hurt the enemy of this county. The real question is how far would they go to help the people who want to kill us?

"When Will NYT Reveal One of al Qaeda's Secret Programs?"

When they decide that it is in the "public interest" to show their readers those cartoons about Mohammed.

The NY Times prints only that information which they think will weaken Bush, not al Qaeda.
