Don't know why this is bad news, exactly. OK, so they can't be tried by a military tribunal. SCOTUS didn't say turn'em loose! In fact, I read it that they are to be treated as POW's.
To me that means we keep'em until the war is over, or they die. Don't have to try'em. Just feed'em.
