No balls. Why did we get him there anyway? What's the use of having SCOTUS nominees when they don't want to help the world from killing America? We wasted alot of hot air for nothing. Start arming your homes.

So? Why couldn't he rule on his own decision? He's the Chief Justice for petes sake.

I see the dim rat libs have managed to put one over on the pubbies once again visa vie the courts.

In my opinion that makes him informed about the case rather than biased. I don't think he should have to recuse himself. He should recuse himself if there is something that might lead him to not rule according to the law and the Constitution. Having formed a legal opinion based on the facts presented in the case is not something that should interfere with his duty.
