I'm just happy it's hurting Slashdot so badly. Why is that? (I'm asking, not challenging).

Slashdot has its value as a news distiller site but any and all subjects are invariably turned into 'how many angels can dance on the head of a pin' arguments from am-not are-so smartarses.
