I'm the black sheep of the family, politically speaking.

1) Prayer,
2) well-displayed conservative books on the living room bookshelves, and
3) a picture of George and Laura Bush right inside the front door
help me remain calm when relatives come to visit.

I just ordered Coulter's book from Amazon. It will help me to keep my mouth shut when my vocally liberal, ACLU-member sister comes to visit next week.

You can do what my husband did. Back when Rush had "See I told you so" as a bestseller, he had some lib friends come visit. He made a shrine (2 lit candles, the book and a Time magazone cover with him on the cover.).

My liberal relatives are saying that the Democrats can put up Mickey Mouse as a candidate (in 08) and they will crush the GOP.

I ask them what the Democrats stand for....and I ate my entire salad before anyone uttered a word.
