Damn, mixing them up again. Regardless, it's only a few more minutes in the air for the Israeli pilots to Iran from Iraq.

Israel and its western supports cannot reach us! They are committing suicide by the hundreds at the border!

The nuclear reactor was in Iraq, at a site called Osirak outside Baghdad. Some jokingly called it O-Chirac as the French pol had facilitated much of the sale.

Cough cough... uhm, sorry bud, but the USA is next door... Keep talking tough.
All he sees is the fishbowl he is in. He may be the largest goldfish around, but he hasn't got a clue about the sharks in the ocean just outside the bowl.

---"Despite the barbaric and criminal nature of the occupiers of Jerusalem, the regime and its Western supporters do not even have the power to give Iran a nasty look," the agency quoted Ahmadinejad as saying in Osku, in northwestern Iran.---

Somethings not right with that boy. His mama probably layed with his grandaddy. That'll do it. I bet he can play a banjo though.

Iran says it's out of Israel's reach

I think Israel should test that theory -- just to put ol' Mahmoud's mind at ease!

Iran says it's out of Israel's reach

While that may be relatively true, it strikes AhmadiJinad's Syrian guarantee - that an attack on Syria is an attack on Iran, as quite hollow. After all, if Israel can't reach Iran, then Iran is gonna have a bit of a time getting in the same way to Syria.

That's the problem. If we attack Iran, will nationalism and pride be turned into hate for the US instead of taking advantage of the situation to throw off the chains of their oppressors?.........

That was Iraq, not Iran.

Pure bluster, of course.

Various parts of Iran are within range of Israel's F151 fighters, and a Dolphin Class submarine off the coast of Eilat could reach Tehran with a Popeye warhead.

I don't think it's wise of Iran to issue that sort of challenge at the moment.
