I believe 30 is pronounced three oh and signifies the end of the article. If I am wrong we will hear about it... :)

What is the the - 30 -? It's a symbol that's usually used to mark the end of a press release.

Good question. Since my articles go to two newspapers, one in North Carolina and one in Hollywood, I use the standard reporter's - 30 - which tells the editor that that's the end and nothing is missing.

Great rant!
Make T-shirts with this on it, so these Dem clowns can read it whenever they are in front of a mirror.

Madame Albright wants to be the latest in a long line of idiots to utter the phrase"We will now have peace in our time".

They say this because it ALWAYS sells among the Stupid Left.

I wonder what Patton would have to say about Murtha and the NYTimes were he here and in uniform?

"Everything has a price. Hitler did want to negotiate (after Dunkirk) but the price would have been: Germany gets mainland Europe and England gets left alone. Churchill and all reasonable people were willing to do what it took to take Hitler down and we did."
"That would have been "just for openners." Hitler would have demanded more from Britain -- like basing rights in the Empire, right of access to the Suez Canal (to form junction with the Japanese), etc. Britain would have been Vichy-ized."
"Closers" would have had the UK occupied by Germany a couple of years later, on some pretext, after the Germans had better and more transports, better armed soldiers (full auto guns), King Tigers, jets, etc., and Britain would've fallen in a few days at most. Then Hitler would've come after the US, whom he viewed as the ultimate enemy. If you want more background on that last statement, watch a History Channel documentary entitled "Hitler's Other Book," about an unpublished sequel to Mein Kampf. Scary stuff...and we were definitely on Hitler's "to be conquered" list.
"Yes, today's Democrats would have negotiated with Hitler.
God help us if they get the WH in '08."
For a rather sobering look at a future where the "Here's your sign" crowd has run policy for too long in the present conflict/war, take a look at http://www.dansimmons.com/news/message/2006_04.htm

One would assume then, that Dean can PROMISE peace (if somehow, God forbid, they were to actually win)--a promise! Ummm.
He's such a lying idiot, no more of my time will be spent on what he says.

I'm impressed that you even know of, much less have seemed to watch, the Blue Collar Comedy Tour.
Does my heart good to see that some 'Congressmen' [;^)] can display a modicum of common sense when choosing their entertainment.
