If you had taught your daughter to look out for bumps in the aisle, she would not have fallen. You failed to do so and so she fell and skinned her knees. Of course, if she were living in the 50s, none of that would have happened. It just didn't. ;)

EGADS!!! You take your child out to restaurants?!!! Don't you know how dangerous those places are? Your child does if he/she is pointing out the pot holes. Which reminds me, in the 70s, my parents fed us bread and water and we were glad for it. No one was aloud to talk to anyone, ever. And if we did, the we were scolded and sent to bed. Things were different then, I guess. ;)
